Happy spooky month! In the spirit of Halloween, I give you a tag! Considering I haven’t been reading as much as I’d like to and it’s been a while since a book tag has graced this here blog– this looked easy enough and I’m trying to be festive.

thrillers or supernaturals

review: misery

I like being scared, so I’d have to say thrillers (psychological thrillers to be exact) if not for the racing of my heart and my overthinking nature.

ghosts or zombies

Like… which one is scarier? Because ghost, no doubt. But as for which one would I rather read? Zombies, there’s not enough zombie books.

vampires or werewolves

Vampires, I find immortality attractive (and the only reason I’d be #teamEdward).

witches or demons

As in which one would I want to be? Because a witch… but I also like reading about witches too so I guess it works out.

a book with 13 chapters or a black cat on the cover

13 chapters– it’ll help my Goodreads goal out.

spooky book in the dark with only a candle for light or by yourself in a locked room?

Seeing as I’ve done both, I’d have to chose the locked room. Candlelight is not good for the eyes.

face your worst fears or trapped in the mind of a killer?

Probably the mind of a killer… but for how long? Do I get to choose? Like, is it just one day and they’re going grocery shopping or…?

I watch too much true crime.

watch a scary movie or read a scary book?

I’d have to say watch a scary movie– scary books don’t actually scare me sadly… scary movies rarely do. At least with the movie I can laugh at the absurdity.
