New Year, New TBR. || Jan. 2020

Happy New Year! Yes, I’m a day late, but I needed a breather. New year, new priorities and… plans?

So, last year I made sort of a TBR Jar that’ll halp me get some kind of structure, but for the most part I’ll still be winging it, choosing my own books and going with it.

I picked out #21! Which is WILDCARD – A book I know nothing about.

Which of course is Bone Gap by Laura Ruby. Not only did I see the cover and automatically clicked buy, I saw someone talk about it and I don’t know where this is going.

But, other than that This entire list is just ARC’s, because if we remember last year… ya girl is a bit behind and we’re not trying to repeat that.

  • Vanished Birds – Simon Jimenez
  • Yes, No, Maybe So – Becky Albertalli & Aisha Saeed
  • The Unspoken Name – A.K. Larkwood
  • Red Hood – Elena K. Arnold
  • The Silence of Bones – June Hur

TBR’s! Are you doing one? Any of these books on your list! Which one should I start first? Let me know!

    1. I don’t read much mystery, so Silence of Bones seemed like something to kind of ease my way into it?? XD

The Bone Gap was very much so a cover buy, but it also seems right up my alley with the strange, so I’m having high hopes!!

  1. Ahh so jealous of your ARC of The Silence of Bones because it sounds amazing?!?!? I don’t set myself TBR’s anymore as most of the time I never stick to them and end up just avoiding reading altogether so this year I’m trying a mood read, go with the flow approach, so let’s see how that works out?

    1. The plot and the cover were definitely catalyst for my requesting it, even if it is out comfort zone haha

I totally feel you on the mood reading thing, I was going to try it this year too…. but then I became lost XD
My tbrs are more for structure than actual mandatory reads lol
