January has been I think one of the best blogging months for my mental health.
Me not daily posting really took a weight off my head that I didn’t even know was there and I went pretty lax on the reading front also… though I still averaged the amount I usually read a month so… kudos to me.

I’m going to be using my rep indicators in my wrap up. This idea was Romie’s @RomieWeDeserveLove so credit for the idea for these markers goes there!
= books with lgbt+ representation
= representation of people of colour
= disability rep
= mental illness rep
= was on my monthly tbr
= physical book

Best This Month: The Line Between ❤

I actually didn’t post much which I warned you all about so…. this should be short…ish
I spoke some positivity, talked about my mess of ARC shelves, made some reading resolutions, and did a Q&A with the author of White Stag.
Oh, I also talked about ranting. That’s it.
I do plan on posting more, considering my sizable TBR that I’ve made… which most of it was on accident… I didn’t realize I requested that many ARC’s.

- Dealing in Dreams – Lilliam Rivera*
- The Shadowglass – Rin Chupeco*
- Sherwood – Meagan Spooner*
- To Best the Boys – Mary Wever*
- Never Contented Things – Sarah Porter*
- Caraval – Stephanie Garber
*ARC’s
So, in total, I have 13 books I’m going to read. If I read 3 books a week, that 12 books. plus one and that’s… you get it.
Though the only mandatory books I need to read are the ARC’s, I’m not going to stress myself out with the Black-A-Thon, though I’m going to try to get through it. Wish me luck??

How’s your January looking? Any plans? Was it a good reading month? What are you planning to read? Let me know in the comments below!

I’m glad you had a good month mental health wise. I hope it continues into February for you. It’s always nice to give yourself a little break when it comes to blogging. Book blogging is a hobby, but it can sometimes turn into a lot of work if we’re not careful. I hope you are enjoying Black-a-thon so far. Happy February!

Thank you! It does feel weird not daily posting, but I can see how it’ll be good for me in the long run ❤
