This was a Top Five topic that I missed on, but really wanted to do.
I did one of these last year and about halfway through the year, I reflected on if I actually did said resolutions, so that’s the plan here right now.
Overcome my fear of buddy reading
I make it known often that I’m a pretty anxious person… and buddy reading scares me.
I think it’s the fear of the unknown, seeing as I’m that dense person and I don’t know how it works? How many pages do you read? When do we discuss? What if I fall behind? What if we have differing opinions? WHAT IF I TALK TOO MUCH?
But, I WILL BUDDY READ AT LEAST ONCE THIS YEAR EVEN IF MY ANXIETY MURDERS ME IN MY SLEEP.
Audiobooks… I will defeat you
I made a post on audiobooks a while ago and though I can’t for the life of me finish one these days
or even start one, I own quite a few of them. It’s not like I don’t have time to listen to one… it just feels like I need to dedicate a lot of my brain power to follow the story. BUT I’LL DO IT. WATCH ME.

It’s kind of annoying how each time I participate in this read-a-thon… I fail each time.
I get better each round, but this will be the year I finish ALL OF THE CHALLENGES (besides buddy reading… I tried it one year and it didn’t work).
This was a last year goal too, well more specifically rereading books that made me cry, but there are so many series I want to read for pleasure and ones I need to read for review purposes and… with all of the books on my TBR, it seems like an unnecessary thing… except it’s not.
Stop buying journals and actually USE THEM
I’ve tried bullet journaling in the past… didn’t work. So, I bought a planner that you fill out yourself
it’s really cute and … I have yet to really use it? I fully plan to… I just don’t have everything I need to do it right you know?
