Honestly, days where I feel unproductive are far too often. But, reading gives me a sense of accomplishment on said days… So I’m here to give you some reads I’d say doesn’t work my brain too hard when I’m trying to emmulate a potato.
Let Me List the Ways – Sarah White
This was great, cute and all kinds of adorable. I’ve never read about a main character with T1D, and this manages to handle the topic while keeping the fluffy feels.

Graphic Novels/Comics
I’m talking in general with this one, but I have a few that come in mind
Lady Killer by Joelle Jones and Jamie S. Rich – This was one I read a while ago and while it’s not the best in terms of answering all my complex questions, I really like the art style and it’s actually pretty short, so my brain doesn’t have to work overtime
Nimona by Noelle Stevenson – Are we surprised this made an appearance? Yeah, it made me cry, but IT WAS STILL GREAT AND CUTE AND I’M STILL REALLY SAD ABOUT THAT ENDING
Graceling
I was actually really surprised at how many times I’ve reread this. I love Katsa, I love Po and I love them together… ‘Nuff said.
A Million Junes
I know I’ve already kind of talked about this one, but if you’re sadistic like me and like pain that you didn’t see coming, here’s your book.

To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before
It’s adorable. It’s light. And it’s fluffy. I know this isn’t for everyone, but again, it passes the time while being a trilogy. And with the movie coming out (which looks too adorable for my heart) it’s always nice to freshen up the memory.
Bonus – Books with ugly covers
Alright, now hear me out: I know a lot of us are ashamed of some ugly books we own on our shelves or as an ebook. They won’t really call to you like a book with a gorgeous cover… Here’s where the lazy day comes in. You don’t have anything better to do (well… You don’t want to do anything) so… Why not knock this out? Get some books off your TBR and push back against the… system? I’m rambling now but all those in the picture above are recommended if not on my TBR waiting to be read.
I’ve been really lazy lately, with school starting back (and me not having to go *screams forever*) I’ve been in a weird mood of wanting something to read yet having all of these complex, Fantasy/Sci-fi series on my shelves… yeah I’m a mess.
I liked Graceling–a lot–but felt the middle bogged down a bit. Then I read an interview with Cashore in which she said she deliberately slowed down the pace at that point. Not sure why. BITTERBLUE and FIRE are just as good, if not better.

I didn’t know that! But I loved the characters so much that I probably didn’t realize it XD I haven’t read the rest of the series, but I plan to someday ❤

Ohh A Million Junes is on my TBR, and I’m really curious about it! I hope I won’t be needing this list anytime soon, though, haha.
Lovely post, LaRonda! ☺️💕

That one’s been on my shelf for so long; the hype makes me so nervous T_T

Don’t worry i get really scared of hype too! I really did enjoy simon vs though and it’s a nice short read so the silver lining is that even if it doesn’t live up to the hype for you it shoudln’t take too long to get through! 😂😂
