It will never not be a surprised when I’m tagged for an award thingy. But now I got tagged THREE TIMES O.O! Thank you Chizurue @Of Midnight Ravings, Lili @Lili’s Blissful Pages and Scrill @Vicariously and Voraciously. You are all too kind <3.
I’m doing this differently, because each person that tagged me has different rules so this shall be separated into three separate parts… you’ll see what I’m trying to do.
P.S. This is going to be the longest post ever. You have been warned 😉

What is your crazy dream (may be the literal dream or something you want to be)? The craziest one yet or you could list ’em!
I have a lot of crazy dreams… and the weird thing is when I dream, I’m never in the story, it’s always some person I made up as the main character…
But anyways, the first “crazy” dream that comes to mind is the main character of my dream was fighting with this girl at a floating bar in space. The weird thing about this is I woke up yelling “She started it first!” Thank goodness I was alone XD.
A character you would like to meet in real life and be fast friends with (or maybe more than friends)? Why? (Anything from anime, manga, k-drama, books, tv series)
I want to be friends with all of the Black Panther cast, both in real life and in the movie. I love them all (yes, even Claw… don’t @ me).
To follow up that previous one: Which fictional character would be the most boring to meet in real life?
You know the thing with boring characters? I tend to forget them. Because they’re boring (get it? I’m not that witty…) I mean… nah I got nothing.
Favorite music or album you could listen to all day? And why? Is it the lyrics, the melody or the vocals?
I can listen to anything, as long as it has a nice melody. I don’t even have to understand the words.
This song is really pretty. Don’t understand the words, but her voice, the guitar, the seagulls in the background… so soothing.
What book / anime would you recommend to someone who has never read / watched anything from that medium?
Soul Eater, no doubt. It was my first anime and probably my favorite to this day. Either that or Fruits Basket. I used to rewatch those so many times it was ridiculous.
What are you deathly afraid of?
Being kidnapped? Which is just an extreme version of not having control. I’m a pretty lax person when it comes to having control taken away from me, but in a situation like that? Really scary
and this got really dark next question please???
What is the funniest word to you? (Mine is apparently ‘pengwings’. Just ask Benedict Cumberbatch) Or anything that makes you laugh when you hear it?
Gardyloo. Don’t ask where I learned that word from, but it’s always makes me giggle when I say it.
What mythical creature would you like as a pet?
If you’ve seen my review of Furthermore (shameless self promo, don’t hate me) I want to be an Origami Fox. Alas, since that’s impossible, I shall settle with having one as a pet. Preferably with a deep, British voice (you’ll get it if you’ve read the book).
What’s the most useless talent you have?
I can cross one eye? Is that a talent?
If you could level up humans as a species, what stat or ability would you increase? And why?
Increase flexibility. Like this.
Would you rather live your entire life in a virtual reality where all your wishes are granted or in the real world? Explain your choice.
Ah, it depends. If I was alone to do what I wanted in either world, then I’d choose that world. But, if I had to be surrounded by others, I’d choose the virtual world. Because then I could have wings and fly. Who doesn’t want to fly? With wings?! Bat Wings!!!?
Bonus question: What is that one word to describe yourself (escapist, sleeper, blogger, etc.)?
Empty. For multiple reasons… Yup.
- What was your first dream job and why?
- What’s a movie you know is bad, but you love anyways?
- Any bad habits?
- How many shows do you have on your Netflix queue? (If you don’t have Netflix, how many shows do you watch at the same time?)
- If you could be the main character in any book, what would be and why?
- Favorite candle scent?
- What does your bedside table look like? (pictures are appreciated)
- What’s the weirdest name you gave a pet?
- How many books do you read a year?
- What is your comfort food? (any occasion counts)
- If you had one wish, what would it be? (Aladdin rules apply 😉 )
More facts about me! You ready for them?

- List 11 questions of your choice for your nominees to answer (optional, I suppose).
Display the award logo on your blog and/or in your post.
- Talk a little bit about your favorite blog(s) and explain why you like them, perhaps link to a favorite post or two.

- Be sure to inform your nominees that they have been nominated (you could do a pingback, like I do).
For the last two birthdays, I asked for bookshelves. I’m planning on asking for another one for income tax day.
Follow up fact: I have an unexplainable fear of putting my books on the bottom shelf. It’s scary and I have been putting it off for the longest. Hence the need for the third shelf.
I am an asshole when I watch movies with people at home. I watch a lot of movie reviewers on Youtube, so now I notice things that don’t make sense. I tend to ask questions while the people around me are silently cursing my name because it’s just a movie.
I graduate high-school in May and have no idea what I want to do afterwards. Yet I’m not as scared as I feel I should be, maybe because I work my best when time forces me to do something.
Follow up fact: I am a huge procrastinator, which I flaunt proudly. It just works for me. Do you know how many A’s I’ve gotten because I decided to write an essay the night before or memorize a speech a class before? ( I actually got a B because I am the worst public speaker, but that is a VICTORY).
Green tea is the grossest tea out there. I have tried and tried to make it better, using Agave, Blue Agave, Sugar, Honey (I don’t care for honey unless it’s on a biscuit)… I’VE TRIED EVERYTHING AND IT’S STILL GROSS.
Whenever I go out to eat, I always get a Raspberry Iced Tea. Ever since I was 8. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ .
My nickname is Muffin. I think I mentioned it before?? But my sister used to call me Blueberry Muffin
for some reason so I decided my new favorite fruit was going to be blueberries, my favorite muffin was going to be blueberry muffins… you get the point. However, I don’t like blueberries. So I lived a lie for a while.
When I was younger, I gave myself a gap with a McDonald’s fork. It wasn’t painful. It’s gone now, but it happened.
I don’t like basketball. I can’t play the sport, I don’t like watching it because I have no idea what’s going on. Football’s where it’s at, though I don’t have a set team. As a kid, I fancied the Raiders because their logo was cool
Childhood me didn’t believe in shoes, so there was a lot of pulling glass out of my feet back then.
Least favorite book from your favorite genre?
Lost by Sarah Best Durst. I love magical Realism/ Fantasy but this book. This freaking book. Unless you want a ten page rant, I’ll stop here.
Favorite book from your least favorite genre?
I wouldn’t say Historical Fiction is my least favorite… I just don’t reach for it much. However, the Wolf by Wolf duology is the best thing. Granted, it’s Alternate History, but I’m counting it.
Favorite TV show?
Westworld, Anne with an E, Stranger Things… and a few more.
Your greatest fear?
I mentioned this in the first section, but being kidnapped.
Quote something from the last book you finished.
“There are more valuable things in life than safety and comfort. Learn. You owe it to yourself.”
Akata Witch – Nnedi Okorafor
A book that deserves more hype?
All of my favorites. But really The Hearts We Sold because I… it’s too emotional.
A fictional character that you relate to most?
Alice from Let’s Talk About Love (it’s explained more in my review #shamelessselfpromo don’t hate me)
Favorite book cover?
I can’t pick a favorite. Don’t make me choose. The first two that comes to mind are Speak Easy Speak Love and The Bone Witch.
Sunsets or sunrises?
Sunsets because I’m usually awake for those 😉
Are you a morning person or a night owl?
Night owl all the way. When do you think I’m writing this post?
Last book that genuinely scared you?
Books don’t scare me. I tried some horror books in the past and I can’t get scared. I have been scared for characters, though… but I don’t think that counts.
What is your go to book to recommend?
The Book Thief all day, every day.
If you could live in any book setting, which would it be?
See here’s the issue, I want to love in worlds where I know I’m not badass enough to live in. For example, I’d love to live in Ketterdam if I had the skills, but I don’t so I’d die in 3 minutes.
What is your favorite book cover?
Here’s a few
but not all because that’d take all day.
What three book characters are your #squadgoals?
I CAN’T JUST PICK THREE O.O I mean, Nina (SoC) Lila (ADSoM) and Karou (DoSaB) seem like they’d be the most fierce group in all the lands.
What bookish stereotypes do you fit into?
I’m 100% Alice from Let’s Talk About Love. One million percent. Or I’d just be the antisocial girl who’s too nervous to make new friends. It’s a mix between those.
Where do you do most of your blogging?
My room on my bed, because that’s where all my best (and worst) ideas come from.
If your blog was a pet, what kind of animal would it be?
It’d be a fox because of all the typos that sneak into everything I type (and foxes are sneaky little buggers).
Do you plan our your blog posts well in advance or post on a whim?
Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay in advance. In my drafts I have exactly 86 post ready for action…
Do you like sweet, salty, savory, or sour snacks? Examples?
It depends on my mood, though I’m not a sweets person— that happens every red moon. However, my go to book eating food is cheese and celery.
If we were cast away on an island, do you think we could survive together?
Maybe? I think I’m pretty practical, so I’d find shelter and keep everyone sane if we become delirious with dehydration 😀 .
I’ve already done one of these this month and tagged some people, so I won’t tag anyone specifically. However, if you want to do it, then I tag YOU! Let me know if you did it, I’d love to see your answers!
