Book Blogger Insider Tag

It’s so funny, I was just thinking about how I haven’t done a book tag in a while and I GET TAGGED. THE COINCIDENCE AMIRITE?? Anywho, I was tagged by Siobhan @Siobhan’s Novelties (Check ’em out, guys 😉 ) but it was originally created by  Jamie @ALittleSliceofJamie and I thought I did this one? But I didn’t, so congrats to me 🙂 . Let’s get into these questions:

Where do you typically write your blog posts?

99% of the time it’s on my bed, but if inspiration strikes, I’ll pull out my phone and use the WordPress app and type out a lil’ something.

How long does it generally take you to write a book review?

Not that long if I’m honest. I usually have notes or talk about my feelings outloud to get all my thoughts together.

When did you start your book blog?

September of 2017, but I didn’t put out content until October. I had written reviews… I just didn’t promote them.

What is the worst thing about having a book blog in your opinion?

Feeling unoriginal. As soon as I have an idea, somebody else has done it better. I still go through with it, but the insecurities are not the best feeling 😦

What is the best thing about having a book blog in your opinion?

The people! Everyone’s so nice!! Why are you so nice?! Stahp it *blushes*

What blog post have you had the most fun writing so far?

Tags. I feel like a pro answering questions 😉

What is your favorite type of blog post to write?

Any review where I’m gushing about a new favorite, or monthly wrap ups (is that weird?)

When do you typically write?

Like I mentioned above, it’s very sporadic. I have an idea, I’ll whip out my phone and start typing away.

Do you review every book you read?

Nope. I don’t review New Adult, but I will rate it. However, I am thinking about maybe reviewing some Mariana Zapata books. Because I love her books. A lot.

How do you write your book reviews? With a cup of coffee or tea? With Netflix? Cuddled with your fur baby?

Yes with my fur baby curled up next to me XD and with Youtube videos in my ear. On the rare occasion, I’ll binge watch some court shows, but then I’d have to go into the living room (I don’t have a T.V. in my room).

When do you write your book reviews? Right after finishing the book? Two weeks after finishing the book?

Right after I finish or else I will forget everything and I’m not the biggest re-reader.

How often do you post?

Daily. But that’s only because I have so many post on my drafts and scheduled and there’s so many books that I’ve read before I started blogging, I’m never out of a blog post idea.

I shall tag 5 people now…

*You don’t have to do this tag, you hard feelings at all 🙂 *

Anyone who wants to do this tag, I tag YOU 🙂 . If you did do this, let me know, I’d love to see your answers!

  1. I looooved writing all my blog posts in bed, but then I got a new laptop and the wifi doesn’t go far enough anymore and I hate it so much … sorry, that was my moment of self pity over something really trivial.
The people really are the life of blogging 😀 and I don’t think I could review every book I read even if I tried. Sometimes I just don’t have enough to say, but if you feel like you might be interested in reviewing some NA, then do it! This is your space ❤
    Great answers all around!

    1. Thank you ❤ The people are one of the main things that keep me going (not that I plan on stopping anytime soon 😉 ) NA is such an iffy genre for me, my whole rating system for it is bizarre and the majority of the ones I read are carbon copies of every other NA book I've read ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
